Thank you for shopping with FezPak. Below is our shipping policy outlining how and when orders are processed and delivered.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods (such as holidays, promotions, or festival season), processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available at checkout)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

FezPak currently ships to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.


International Shipping

FezPak ships internationally! We support shipping to most countries worldwide. International shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

Important Notes:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Delivery times may be longer due to customs processing.


Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

FezPak is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at info@fezpak.com so we can assist you.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. FezPak is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.


Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to find a resolution.
